Case Study · 01

From 360 to 1,025 monthly bookings — over 12 months.

A service that exists for the worst day of a pet owner's life. The job is making sure they find the right business — fast, with empathy, when they're searching at 2am.

Mobile Pet Cremations needed to be findable the moment a grieving family started searching. We built a paid search and call-tracking system designed around a single principle: every dollar of ad spend must produce a phone call answered within 60 seconds.

Across 12 months, profitable throughout

What We Did

  • Restructured Google Ads campaigns around high-intent local keywords (“emergency pet cremation,” “in-home euthanasia follow-up”) with geo-targeting matched to service radius
  • Built call tracking and conversion attribution so every booking ties back to a campaign — no guessing what works
  • Layered Bing Ads as a low-cost secondary channel ($1.20–$1.50 CPC vs. Google's $5+) to capture overflow demand without cannibalizing core campaigns
  • Created GTM (Google Tag Manager) tracking for form submissions, with internal notifications for immediate response

"The work isn't 'optimize the ads.' It's making sure that when someone is having the worst day of their life, the right business answers the phone."

From Dormant List To Revenue Channel — In 45 Days.

A B2B seasoning manufacturer with 800+ email subscribers sitting unused. We rebuilt the email program and opened a brand-new D2C revenue channel along the way.

Email campaign revenue tracking — 45-day campaign window

Campaign-attributed revenue across 45-60 days. Subscription auto-send revenue not shown — that channel didn't exist before this engagement and added recurring monthly cash flow on top of these numbers.

A B2B seasoning manufacturer had built a list of 800+ email subscribers in SquareSpace — pizzerias, restaurants, food service businesses who'd opted in over time. The problem: they were sending one email a month. Same message to everyone. No segmentation, no behavioral triggers, no offers tied to subscriber history.

The list was a footnote on the P&L. It existed. It just wasn't doing anything.

We rebuilt it across 45-60 days — segmenting by purchase behavior, layering weekly campaigns timed to seasonal moments, introducing bulk-order pricing, launching a monthly subscription auto-send program, expanding the product line into a D2C 'home use' option, and adding a social-tagging referral mechanic. Education-based content about ingredient quality ran alongside, building brand depth that hadn't existed before.

What we built

  • Behavioral segmentation by subscriber type and purchase history — replacing the one-message-to-all approach
  • Subscription auto-send program for recurring monthly orders — a new revenue stream that hadn't existed before
  • D2C product line expansion (multi-seasoned home-use packets) — opened a customer base beyond the B2B core
  • Social-tagging referral mechanic — 10% discount for orders above threshold, driving organic awareness via the client's customer social posts

"Email isn't broken for most service businesses. It's just sitting there. This is what 'sitting there' becomes when someone actually works it."

93 enrollments in a single month — at $36.93 each.

A flight school running paid search Ads across two metro locations. The work is matching student intent to enrollment — without burning budget on tire-kickers.

Fly Legacy Aviation runs paid search across two markets — Pompano Beach, FL and Philadelphia, PA — to attract student pilots. The challenge: aviation searches attract a lot of curious browsers and very few qualified enrollments. The work is filtering one from the other.

What We Did

  • Geo-segmented campaigns by metro — Pompano Beach (18mi radius) and Philadelphia (9mi radius) — to keep budget anchored to qualified local intent
  • Layered branded search to capture students researching the specific school after seeing display or YouTube ads
  • Tested and optimized underperforming display and YouTube campaigns aggressively — the goal was enrollment volume, not impression volume

"Some months are better than others. We don't hide that. The work is making the floor higher — not just the ceiling."

$9,989 in attributed email revenue — in 30 days.

A high-end manufacturer of garage and warehouse cabinet systems. Their list was sitting idle. We built the email program that turned it into a revenue channel.

Klaviyo industry benchmarks — March 2026

A premium B2B/D2C manufacturer with a strong list, a beautiful product, and zero email program. Every dollar of paid acquisition was being wasted at the second touchpoint — because there was no second touchpoint. We built one.

What We Built

  • A re-engagement flow targeting 90+ day inactive customers — recovered customers the business had given up on
  • Wholesale partner campaign sequence — segmented by purchase history, sent on a 7-day rhythm
  • List hygiene and deliverability foundation — without it, none of the above sends to the inbox

"Email isn't broken for most service businesses. It just hasn't been built yet. This is what 'built' looks like in 30 days."
